REFUND POLICY

We want you and your pet to love PawThrone™. If you're not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee.

Returns Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery in their original condition, unused, with original packaging and proof of purchase.

To start a return, contact us at contact@pawthrone.com. We'll provide return instructions and the return address once your request is approved.

Exceptions The following items are non-returnable: sale items, gift cards, and personalized/custom products.

EU Customers If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days to your original payment method. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, please contact us at contact@pawthrone.com.
